At Völkl Tennis, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused tennis rackets, apparel, or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective plastic wraps remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
